iApprove Lending Permanent Servicing – After your Loan Transfers
Once your loan is closed, you will receive a Transfer Letter to provide information such as your new servicer’s name, your unique loan number, contact information, and payment information.
You MIGHT Transfer Letter from the mail tells you to specifically send a check to iApprove Lending for the first month of your loan.
How to Make First Payment to iApprove Lending
If your Transfer Letter from the mail tells you to specifically send a check to iApprove Lending, please send it to our office. The letter will look like this:
Dear Borrower:
Your loan has been sold to ANOTHER BANK. However, you will need to mail in your 1st payment to iApprove Lending.
